为研究不同浓度氧气对煤低温自然发火的影响,对煤自燃灾害防治的理论研究和现场实施提供支持,设计煤在通入不同体积分数(20%,50%和100%)氧气条件下的绝热氧化试验方法,得到3种试验条件下煤自热升温的温度-时间关系曲线,分析升温速率(R)、表观活化能(Ea)以及特征温度(Tc)与氧浓度的关系。结果表明:随着氧浓度的升高,煤的自热升温速率增大、升温过程缩短,而表观活化能值和特征温度均无明显变化。
In order to study the effect of different concentrations of oxygen on spontaneous combustion of coal at low temperature and to support theoretical research and field implementation of coal spontaneous combustion prevention and control, thermal insulation of coal under different oxygen concentration (20%, 50% and 100%) was designed Oxidation test method, the temperature-time curve of self-heating temperature of coal under three test conditions was obtained, and the relationship between heating rate (R), apparent activation energy (Ea) and characteristic temperature (Tc) and oxygen concentration was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of oxygen concentration, the self-heating rate of coal increases, the heating process shortens, but the apparent activation energy and characteristic temperature have no obvious changes.
