目前,由工业和信息化部牵头组织的《原子能法》立法起草组、专家组和中国核能行业协会起草工作组正在抓紧开展立法调研、论证和起草工作。我国原子能事业加快发展的形势和广大公众的期待,为《原子能法》立法创造了良好的环境,只要政府有关部门加强领导,加强协调,《原子能法》的诞生将指日可待。
At present, the legislative drafting group of the “Atomic Energy Law” and the expert group led by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the drafting group of China Nuclear Industry Association are paying close attention to carrying out legislative research, demonstration and drafting work. The accelerated development of atomic energy in our country and the general public’s expectations create a favorable environment for the legislation of the Atomic Energy Law. As long as relevant government departments strengthen their leadership and strengthen coordination, the birth of the Atomic Energy Law will be just around the corner.
