悬臂式掘进机液压系统工作环境恶劣,长期处于高负荷工作状态,液压油很容易受到污染,使掘进机液压元件寿命缩短,降低液压系统可靠性和使用性能。本文分析了污染物的来源,并对其危害进行了论述,在此基础上建立了污染控制模型,提出了控制污染的一系列措施,措施的制定考虑了设计、加工制造、使用和维护阶段的情况,有效控制了系统中的污染物,保证了系统的顺利工作。
Hydraulic working environment of cantilever roadheader is harsh and long-term high-load working condition, hydraulic oil is easily polluted, shorten the life of hydraulic components of roadheader and reduce the reliability and performance of hydraulic system. This paper analyzes the sources of pollutants, and discusses the harm to them. Based on this, a pollution control model is set up and a series of measures are put forward to control pollution. The measures are taken into consideration in the design, manufacture, use and maintenance phases The situation effectively controlled the pollutants in the system and ensured the smooth operation of the system.
