目前,关于石油钻机动力传动机组柴油机与变矩器的最佳匹配问题,国内研究甚少。据悉,美国国民供应公司的C型变矩器现有16种规格,可满足各种柴油机的匹配需要。本文根据对C型变矩器所作的特性分析,结合柴油机的工作特性,进行了匹配计算,绘制了匹配曲线,还给出了C型变矩器原设计的匹配点和匹配条件。针对国产变矩器的使用情况,本文只研究柴油机在1200转/分时的最佳匹配问题。
At present, little research has been done on the best match between diesel engine and torque converter in oil rig power train. It is reported that the United States National Supply Company’s C-torque converter 16 kinds of existing specifications to meet the needs of a variety of diesel matching. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the C-type torque converter and the working characteristics of the diesel engine, the matching calculation is made and the matching curve is drawn. The matching points and matching conditions of the original design of the C-type torque converter are also given. In view of the use of domestic torque converter, this paper only studies the best matching problem of diesel engine at 1200 rpm.
