利用微波化技术合成了乙酸薄荷酯。合成原料为冰乙酸和薄荷醇 ,采用正交实验法在微波催化条件下进行酯化反应。结果发现 ,反应速度和收率都比传统合成方法明显提高 ,总产率为 86 .83%。
The menthyl acetate was synthesized by microwave technology. Synthetic raw materials for the acetic acid and menthol, using orthogonal experimental esterification under microwave catalytic conditions. The results showed that the reaction rate and yield were significantly higher than the traditional synthesis method, the total yield was 86.83%.
