采用兰索拉唑治疗60例消化性溃疡，结果显示，其总有效率达83％，与采用法莫替丁治疗的对照组相仿，但临床症状消失时间明显缩短（P＜0．05）。
Lansoprazole treatment of 60 cases of peptic ulcer, the results showed that the total effective rate of 83%, with famotidine treatment group was similar, but the disappearance of clinical symptoms significantly shorter time (P <0.05).
