介绍了用电阻应变片法实测五种结构材料相同而过盈量不同的停车密封圈的启闭转速和接触压力的实验,并将实验结果与小变形线弹性理论计算进行分析比较。结果表明,过盈量在0.5≤α≤1.5mm 范围内,启闭转速和接触压力分别与过盈量呈线性关系。
The experiment of measuring the opening and closing speed and contact pressure of five kinds of parking rings with the same structural materials and different interferences by using the resistance strain gage method is introduced. The experimental results are compared with the elastic deformation theory of small deformation wires. The results show that the interference is in the range of 0.5≤α≤1.5mm, the opening and closing speed and the contact pressure are respectively linearly related to the interference.
