从1964年开始我们与建工部建筑科学研究院及建材部建筑材料研究院等单位协作,设计了五种迭压型梁柱节点及一种桂节点,并进行试验研究;对节点的强度、刚性以及整体工作特性进行探讨。这些节点构造,除通过个体构件的试验外,并均已分别在两层的框架楼试验工程或试点工程中应用。实践证明效果良好。由于取消了柱上的牛腿,简化了构件的制造,并由于减少了焊接,使按装速度大为提高。梁桂节点用钢量比常用的暗牛腿做法平均每节点可省钢20~30公斤。
Since 1964, we have collaborated with the Construction Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Construction and Construction and the Building Material Research Institute of the Ministry of Building Materials to design five kinds of laminated beam-column joints and a Gui node, and conducted experimental research; the strength of the joints, Rigidity and overall work characteristics are discussed. These node constructions have been applied in two-story frame building test projects or pilot projects, in addition to individual component tests. Practice has proved to be effective. Due to the cancellation of the bovine leg on the column, the manufacture of the component is simplified, and the mounting speed is greatly increased due to the reduced welding. Liang Gui node with the amount of steel than the common practice of dark legs average each node can save 20 to 30 kg of steel.
