研究袋料栽培灵芝主要的药用成分灵芝多糖和三萜在不同生长时间和子实体部位的分布规律。将灵芝整个出芝过程分为5个时期,将子实体分为3个部分,采用硫酸-蒽酮法测定多糖含量,采用香草醛-高氯酸法测定三萜和甾醇含量。结果发现灵芝多糖含量随子实体发育逐渐降低,在空间上无分布规律;灵芝三萜和甾醇含量随子实体发育逐渐增加,并在边缘含量分布最高。灵芝多糖和三萜含量随子实体发育有规律变化,灵芝三萜在子实体不同部位分布规律。
To study the distribution of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides and triterpenes in different growing time and fruiting body parts, The whole process of Ganoderma lucidum was divided into five periods. The fruiting body was divided into three parts. The content of polysaccharide was determined by sulfuric acid - anthrone method. The content of triterpene and sterol was determined by vanillin - perchloric acid method. The results showed that the content of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides gradually decreased with the development of fruiting body without spatial distribution; the triterpenoid and sterol contents of Ganoderma lucidum increased gradually with the development of fruiting body, and the content of Ganoderma lucidum was the highest. Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides and triterpenes content with the regular development of fruiting bodies, ganoderma triterpenoids in different parts of the distribution of fruiting bodies.
