利用RFT Ⅲ往复摩擦磨损试验机研究了新型铸造高铝青铜Cu14AlX的摩擦磨损特性。试验结果表明,通过适当提高Al的含量,进行多元合金化,可使铝青铜的耐摩性能得到提高。与普通铝青铜相比,在相同滑动速度、润滑条件、同一摩擦系数下,高铝青铜Cu14AlX的承载能力更大。
The friction and wear properties of a new type cast aluminum bronze Cu14AlX were investigated by RFT Ⅲ reciprocating friction and wear tester. The test results show that the aluminum alloy can improve the abrasion resistance of the aluminum bronze by increasing the content of Al and performing multiple alloying. Compared with ordinary aluminum bronze, the bearing capacity of high aluminum bronze Cu14AlX is greater under the same sliding speed, lubrication condition and same friction coefficient.
