当前,深化以转换企业经营机制为重点的改革,既是搞活国有物资企业的关键所在;又是解决长期亏损、摆脱困境,使部分亏损企业重现生机活力的根本途径。最近,我们到吉林省四个地区15个县(市)物资局所属128户企业,对中小型物资企业亏损的历史原因与现状,进行了比较深入地调查,并引发出一些思考。亏损企业概况遍布该省城镇的县属物资企业共有328户,占全省物资系统企业总户数的75%。近几年来,由于方方面面的原因,有近三分之一的县属企业亏损,有的濒临破产,成为全系统共同关注的一个突出问题。从全省的统计资料看,1992年县属物资企业亏损68户,占全系统亏损总户数的87·2%。亏损额2130 万元.占全系统亏损总额的75.4%;
