目的探讨莱菔子脂溶性成分的组成及相对含量。方法采用超声法提取莱菔子油,KOH甲醇溶液甲酯化,通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析莱菔子中脂溶性成分。结果从莱菔子油中共分离鉴定出27中脂溶性成分,15种脂肪酸成分,其相对含量占总成分的50.47%;另有12种成分未见文献报道。结论本方法简便、快速、分离效果好,适用于莱菔子脂溶性成分的分析研究。
Objective To study the composition and relative content of liposoluble constituents in Radix Lai. Methods Ultrasound was used to extract the radix salviae miltiorrhizae oil and KOH methanol solution for methyl esterification. The liposoluble constituents were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Results A total of 27 lipid-soluble components and 15 fatty acid components were isolated and identified from Radish seed oil. The relative content of these components accounted for 50.47% of the total components. There were 12 other components that were not reported in the literature. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, and has good separation effect and is suitable for the analysis of fat-soluble constituents of Radish.
