医院供应室是一个面向全院为各科室提供各种灭菌物品的科室,其工作质量的好坏,直接影响着全院医疗、护理工作。如何运用先进、科学的管理方法,提高供应室管理工作水平和质量控制水平,1991年11月我们研制了“医院供应室物品供应管理系统”软件,匹配386微机,进行管理。经过一年多的实践,我们体会到应用微机进行管理,不仅节省人力、时间,提高工作效率,还促进了供应室工作标准化,管理和决策的科学化、系统化。下面谈几点体会。
The hospital supply room is a department that provides all kinds of sterilized articles for all departments in the hospital. The quality of its work directly affects the hospital’s medical care and nursing work. How to use advanced and scientific management methods to improve the supply management work level and quality control level, in November 1991 we developed a “hospital supply room goods supply management system” software, matching 386 microcomputers for management. After more than one year of practice, we have realized that the application of microcomputers to management not only saves manpower, time, and improves work efficiency, but also promotes the standardization of supply room work, and the scientific and systematic management and decision-making. Let’s talk about some experiences.
