本标准规定使用A型脉冲反射式超声波探伤仪,用聚焦探头横波反射法进行探伤。本标准适用于单层无缝直筒形外径6～76mm、壁厚0.5～6mm的不锈钢管超声波探伤。本标准也可供其他钢类的钢管作超声波探伤时参考,但不适于异型钢管和极薄壁钢管超声波探伤。探伤目的是发现破坏管材连续性的纵向缺陷。
This standard specifies the use of A-type pulse reflection ultrasonic flaw detector with focus probe transverse wave reflection method for flaw detection. This standard applies to single-layer seamless straight barrel diameter 6 ~ 76mm, wall thickness 0.5 ~ 6mm stainless steel tube ultrasonic flaw detection. This standard is also available for other steel pipes for ultrasonic flaw detection reference, but not suitable for special-shaped steel and ultra-thin wall steel pipe ultrasonic flaw detection. The purpose of the flaw detection is to find longitudinal defects that undermine the continuity of the pipe.
