水稻品种及其杂交 F_2孕穗期的耐寒性与花药长(桥本1961,1963;铃木1982)、柱头长(铃木1982)成正相关;就是同一品种的同一个体,着生化胃不同的颖花之间的耐寒性差异,也同花药长度、每个花药内花粉数量有密切的关系(西山,1982);而且,前历水温不同所致耐寒性的改变,也同花药长度的变化相一致(佐竹、朴昌一,1982)。本研究报告,进一步论证花药长、柱头长以及伤流帚与孕穗期耐寒性的关系,同时探讨这些性状与开花期耐寒性的关系。
Cold tolerance at the booting stage of rice cultivars and their hybrid F2 progeny was positively correlated with anther length (Hashimoto 1961, 1963; Suzuki 1982) and stigmaster length (Suzuki 1982); between the same individuals of the same breed, (Xishan, 1982). Moreover, the change of cold tolerance due to the difference in water temperature before the previous period was also consistent with the change of anther length Pu Changyi, 1982). The present study further demonstrated the relationship between the length of anthers, stigma length and the cold hardiness of wound broom and booting stage, and also discussed the relationship between these traits and cold tolerance at flowering stage.
