本文通过田间与盆栽对比试验及室内分析相结合的方法,研究了大豆连作胁迫下,土壤与植株锌营养变化特征。结果表明:不同生育期中各连作年限土壤有效锌总体高于正茬,但连作大豆植株吸收积累的锌却低于正茬,这种差异在大豆营养关键期“盛花—结荚—鼓粒期”表现极明显。此结果表明连作大豆生育状况差,根系吸收营养物质的能力弱,土壤锌的生物有效性并不高,因此,连作大豆要求有较高的锌供应水平才能满足需要。本研究为合理进行连作大豆锌营养调控、减轻障碍提供了科学依据。
In this paper, field and pot experiments and indoor analysis were combined to study the characteristics of zinc nutrition in soils and plants under continuous cropping stress. The results showed that the total available Zn in different cropping years was higher than that in positive cropping, but the zinc uptake by continuous cropping plants was lower than that in positive cropping. The difference was significant at the key stage of soybean nutrition “Shenghua-Pod-Drum” Performance is obvious. The results showed that the cropping condition of soybean was poor, the capacity of root system to absorb nutrients was weak, and the bioavailability of soil zinc was not high. Therefore, continuous cropping soybean required a higher level of zinc supply to meet the needs. This study provides a scientific basis for the rational regulation of zinc nutrition in continuous cropping soybean and alleviating the obstacle.
