国际交流与合作已成为高职软件人才培养一项重要的战略,通过国际交流合作提升教师教学、科研水平,开拓学生国际化视野,全面提升学校办学水平和人才培养质量。分析了高职院校国际化交流合作的意义,提出了高职软件技术专业国际合作模式:国际化师资培养、引进国外优质特色课程与资源、学生交流。以常州信息职业技术学院软件技术专业为例,探索并实践了国际合作模式。
International exchanges and cooperation have become an important strategy for training software talents in higher vocational education. Through international exchanges and cooperation, teachers ’teaching and scientific research level are enhanced to broaden students’ international horizons and comprehensively improve the quality of school-running and personnel training. This paper analyzes the significance of internationalized exchange and cooperation in higher vocational colleges and puts forward the international cooperation mode of software technology specialty in higher vocational colleges: international teacher training, introduction of foreign excellent courses and resources, exchange of students. Take Changzhou Institute of Information Technology as an example, explore and practice the international cooperation model.
