被美国《人物》杂志评为2013年“全球最美人物”的格温妮丝·帕特洛绝对担得起这个称号。优雅、高贵、知性集于一身的格温妮丝堪称女神级的美女，虽年过40仍风姿不减，岁月似乎只是为她增添了更多成熟的韵味，真是令人羡慕不已。出身于演艺世家的格温妮丝星途平坦，她的演艺事业也硕果累累，曾凭《莎翁情史》获1998年第71届奥斯卡最佳女主角。在前不久热映的科幻大片《钢铁侠3》中，她继续担纲女一号而且表现不俗。事业得意之余，她也有个美满的家庭和一对可爱的儿女，在为事业奔忙的同时不忘努力做个好妈妈。她认真地活着，在争奇斗艳的娱乐百花园中独吐芳华，光芒耀人。下面就让我们来听格温妮丝聊聊自己在《钢铁侠》系列中饰演Pepper“小辣椒”一角的心得，以及她的“妈妈经”。
我觉得小辣椒在这部电影（指《钢铁侠3》）里更加坚强了，她变得更加坚定和自信，你知道，她依然很善解人意，内心很温柔，但我觉得她在这部戏里也变得强硬了一些。
说到小辣椒一路以来的变化，我想我最高兴的是看着她真正地成长，成为她自己，并且发现了自己的能力和力量。这是一段演起来很有趣的成长历程。
我想小辣椒的粉丝们会喜欢这部电影远远超过前两部，因为小辣椒确实做了之前没做过的事情，而且，对于广大女粉丝来说，你知道，小辣椒的……她的戏份很多，还有她和托尼之间的爱情发展也很有看点。
不得不说，拍这部电影我最喜欢的是动作镜头的拍摄，真的，因为这个对我来说很新鲜。我从来没有试过特技。我的意思是，我之前一定在什么时候做过一些类似的东西，但跟这个不一样，你知道，不是像这样套着安全装备，被带子捆着，在空中飞。我真的很喜欢这个。这确实是拍摄过程中最过瘾的部分。
I think the relationship between Tony and Pepper evolves a lot over the course of the three， well， four movies， if you count The Avengers. In the first movie she’s very much his “girl 6）Friday，” his assistant， you know， cleaning up his messes， and， by the time we get to the third Iron Man， they’re living together， they’re in a very equal position. She’s now the CEO of Stark Enterprises， she’s a very…she’s really stepped into her power both professionally and in the relationship with Tony.
I think that Pepper， well certainly， in the Iron Man movies， you know， she…she really has， the relationship is really at the heart of the films， and I think that that’s why， one of the reasons that they work on such a big scale. You know， it’s great to have special effects and all of that， but I think you really care about these people and their…their relationship， and you’ve seen it also grow from a kind of sexual tension to a 7）full-blown， really developed， deeper relationship. And it’s a nice thing， you know， it keeps bringing the movies back to a real and emotional place.

Well， I make sure that I’m never away from them for， you know， longer than five days， a week at the most， but I don’t work very much. You know， I…I do one film a year and then I do the rest of my stuff at home， and I have my other projects， and， you know， I…I make sure that I…I’m there. I mean， they’re only little once， and it goes so quickly， and I want to be the person who picks them up from school every day， and…and it is a balance. Sometimes I have to not do something that sounds really 9）appealing， but it just doesn’t work for my family， so…you can’t have it all， you know， you can’t.
