金融是现代经济的核心,金融国际化使金融专业实行双语教学成为必然。地方院校金融专业受生源质量、师资力量等因素的影响,双语教学效果收效甚微。因此,应该从树立正确教育理念、加强双语教学师资培训、建设本土化教材等角度推进地方院校金融专业双语教学,为我国经济发展培养复合型金融人才。 Finance is the core of the modern economy. Financial internationalization makes it necessary for financial professionals to implement bilingual education. The influence of factors such as the quality of students and the strength of teachers in the financial institutions of local colleges has had little effect on bilingual teaching. Therefore, we should promote the bilingual education of financial institutions in local colleges and universities from the perspectives of establishing a correct education concept, strengthening the training of bilingual teaching faculty, and building localized teaching materials, so as to train compound financial talents for China’s economic development.
