态度管理是班主任管理学生的重要心理因素。班主任在班级管理中能否理性、积极而有效地及时调整全体学生的态度与行为,直接关系到能否促使学生朝着实现班级管理目标的方向发展。因此,加强对学生的态度管理,是需要引起班主任高度重视的新命题。
Attitude management is an important psychological factor for the class teacher to manage students. Class teacher in class management can be rational, active and effective timely adjustment of the attitude and behavior of all students, is directly related to whether to promote students towards achieving the goal of class management in the direction of development. Therefore, to strengthen students’ attitude management is a new proposition that needs to be given high priority by the headteachers.
