在进入21世纪以来,我国的经济快速的进步,人们的生活水平的得到了新的提高。人民群众在追求物质享受的时候,也在追求精神的享受。在现今这个新的形势下如何开展群众文化工作,已经成为了国家政府的工作主题。作为开展群众文化工作的最前线,基层文化馆对于群众文化工作的重要性不言而喻化馆在进行,然而现今基层文群众文化工作的时候,面临了种种的问题。就此本文结合现实,讨论在新的形势下,基层文化馆如何开展群众文化工作。
Since entering the 21st century, the rapid economic development in our country has brought about new improvements in people’s living standards. When the people seek the material enjoyment, they are also pursuing spiritual enjoyment. How to carry out mass cultural work in this new situation now has become the theme of the work of the national government. As the forefront of carrying out mass cultural work, the importance of the grass-roots cultural center for mass cultural work is self-evident. However, nowadays, grass-roots mass cultural work is faced with various problems. In this context, this article combines reality to discuss how grassroots cultural centers carry out mass cultural work in the new situation.
