学前教育是国民教育的基础,对人的终身发展起到至关重要的作用。随着城市规模不断扩张、外来人口迅速增多、生育高峰期的到来等诸多因素,学前教育优质资源短缺的问题日益突出,适龄儿童入园难、入园贵的问题让家长倍感苦恼和焦心。这一问题也是全国“两会”代表和委员关注和热议的话题。本文主要是想透过现象,分析存在这一问题的深层原因。 Pre-school education is the foundation of national education and plays a vital role in people’s lifelong development. With the continuous expansion of urban area, the rapid increase of foreign population, the arrival of the peak period and many other factors, the shortage of quality resources in pre-school education has become increasingly prominent. The problems of school-age children entering the park and entering the park are troubling and distracted by parents. This issue is also a topic of concern and hot debate for representatives and members of the NPC and CPPCC members. This article mainly tries to analyze the deep reasons for the existence of this problem through the phenomenon.
