汽车用寇明斯发动机在工作中为什么会产生喘气现象

近年来,我国从国外引进了一些配寇明斯发动机的大型自卸汽车,如日本小松制作所制造的 HD—180和美国产的电动轮重型矿用汽车。其发动机都是采用 PT 燃油系统的柴油机。汽车经一定时期使用之后,其发动机在工作中就会产生转速忽高忽低的“喘气”现象。这种现象开始是发生在发动机怠速和低速运转时,若不及时采取措施,发动机再继续工作一段时间后,就会在中速甚至高速时,出现这种不稳定的工况。与此同时,发动机的功率也有明显的下降,从而将严最地影响发动机的正常工作。 In recent years, China imported large-scale dump trucks equipped with the Cummins engine from abroad, such as the HD-180 manufactured by Japan’s Komatsu Manufacturing Co. and the electric wheel heavy mining vehicles manufactured in the United States.
