针对区县文化馆音乐干部所面临的定位不清、知行不一、创意缺失等困惑和问题,本文首先从理论结合实际的角度探讨了自我教育力养成之于音乐干部成长的积极意义,而后在访谈调研的基础上提出并构建了文化馆音乐干部自我教育力的养成框架,最后通过详实的案例及反思描述了自助、合作与探究等三大具体策略,论证了区县文化馆音乐干部自我教育力养成的必要性与可行性。
In view of the confusion and problems faced by music cadres in districts and counties like cultural centers, such as unclear positioning, incomprehension and ignorance of creative ideas, this dissertation first explores the positive significance of self-education in the development of music cadres from a theoretical and practical perspective, Based on the interviews and interviews, proposes and constructs a framework for the self-education of musicians in cultural centers.
