应用多种方法从不同角度观察27例8~12岁单纯肥胖症儿童及18例同龄健康儿童的脂质代谢及糖代谢。发现肥胖儿组的总胆固醇、甘油三酯、氧化型低密度脂蛋白及载脂蛋白B均较对照组明显升高(P<0.05~0.001),载脂蛋白A降低(P<0.05),脂蛋白(a)无明显变化,C肽及胰岛素较对照组明显升高(P<0.05及0.001)。腹部B超检查显示肥胖儿童组脂肪肝发生率占92.6%(P<0.05)。本研究提示儿童期单纯肥胖症的脂质代谢及糖代谢均有异常改变,必须及早引起重视。
A variety of methods were used to observe the lipid metabolism and glucose metabolism in 27 cases of obese children aged 8-12 years and 18 healthy children of same age from different angles. The results showed that total cholesterol, triglyceride, oxidized low density lipoprotein and apolipoprotein B in obese children were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05-0.001) and apolipoprotein A (P < 0.05), lipoprotein (a) did not change significantly, C peptide and insulin were significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05 and 0.001). Abdominal B-ultrasound showed fatty liver in obese children accounted for 92.6% (P <0.05). This study suggests that obesity in childhood lipid metabolism and abnormal glucose metabolism have abnormal changes, we must pay attention as soon as possible.
