目的研究自拟益气养阴活血汤联合美吡达治疗糖尿病的疗效。方法选取该院2015年1月—2016年2月收治的86例糖尿病患者为研究对象,分为两组,对照组患者单独采用美吡达进行治疗,观察组患者采用自拟益气养阴活血汤联合美吡达进行治疗,对比两组临床治疗效果。结果对照组患者的临床治疗总有效率为69.77%,显著低于观察组患者的95.35%;相对于治疗前,两组患者治疗后的糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖以及空腹血糖水平均显著下降,并且观察组显著优于对照组。结论自拟益气养阴活血汤联合美吡达治疗糖尿病的疗效显著,在临床上值得广泛推广。
Objective To study the curative effect of self-made Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction combined with pirabemide in the treatment of diabetes mellitus. Methods Totally 86 diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to February 2016 were selected and divided into two groups. Patients in the control group were treated with pyridostigmine alone. Patients in the observation group were treated with self-made Qi and Yin Yang Huoxue Soup United pethidine for treatment, compared two groups of clinical treatment. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in control group was 69.77%, which was significantly lower than that in observation group (95.35%). Compared with before treatment, the levels of HbA1c, 2h postprandial blood glucose and fasting blood glucose in both groups were significantly decreased , And the observation group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion Self-made Qi and Yin Yang Huoxue Decoction combined with piradone in the treatment of diabetes has a significant effect, which is worth widely disseminated.
