一、香港消委会检测结果表明饮茶安全 香港消费者委员会日前对当地的75个茶叶样本做了金属含量和残留农药含量的测试,结果表明,饮茶时摄入的污染物含量轻微,基本上是安全的。 此次测试中,有26种茶叶样品在热水浸泡后释出铅,含量分别为0.005至0.016ppm;3种释出砷,含量均为0.010ppm;只有一种释出镉,含量为0.0005ppm;释出汞的没有。所有样品均释出铝,含量由0.7ppm至5.9ppm。由于茶叶的金属释出量并没有限制标准,香港消委会参考联合国粮农组织/世界卫生组织食品添加剂联合专家委员会的暂准
