全氟化碳吸入技术(PIT)是近年来在液体通气(LV)基础上发展起来的新的治疗技术。LV的实质是将全氟化碳(PFC)以液态直接灌入肺内达到治疗目的,而PIT的实质是在体外将PFC液体汽化或雾化后以气态方式吸入肺内达到治疗目的。PIT是LV方法学上的重要突破,为液体通气领域拓展出新的空间
Perfluorocarbon inhalation technology (PIT) is a new therapeutic technique developed in recent years based on fluid ventilation (LV). The essence of LV is the direct infusion of perfluorocarbons (PFCs) into the lungs for therapeutic purposes. The essence of PITs is to vaporize or atomize the PFCs into the lungs for therapeutic purposes after they are vaporized in vitro.
