采用分期播种和10小时短日照试验,稻蔸苗异季异地观察及日均温23℃低温处理试验,研究表明:SAR-1具有温光敏性。日均温低于23℃,花粉发育走向败育,表现不育;日均温高于25℃,花粉育性发生波动。温度诱导育性转换的敏感期为花粉母细胞减数分裂期。其无融合生殖特性,主要取决于抽穗后数日的适宜温度,日均温高于25℃,就能使其无融合生殖性正常表达。
Using staged sowing and 10-hour short-day sunshine test, the rice seedlings were observed in different seasons and the daily average temperature 23 ℃ low temperature treatment. The results showed that SAR-1 had temperature-sensitiveness. The average daily temperature was lower than 23 ℃. The development of pollen was aborted and showed infertility. When the average daily temperature was higher than 25 ℃, pollen fertility fluctuated. The sensitive period of temperature-induced fertility transformation was pollen mother cell meiosis. Its apomixis reproductive characteristics, mainly depends on the appropriate number of days after heading, the daily average temperature higher than 25 ℃, can make its apomictic reproductive normal expression.
