目的:分析层级责任模式应用于小儿科病房护理质量管理中的效果。方法:根据护士综合能力评估结果,将浙江省绍兴市新昌县人民医院小儿科病房护理人员划分为护士长—护理组长—责任护士—助理护士四个层级,实行层级责任管理模式。结果:落实层级责任管理后,小儿科病房的临床护理质量及患者对服务的满意度均较之前有所上升,各项评估指标均有显著改进(P<0.05)。结论:在小儿科病房中实施层级责任模式,可合理应用人力资源,提高整体服务质量及患者的满意程度。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the effect of Hierarchical Responsibility Model applied in pediatric ward nursing quality management. Methods: According to the evaluation results of nurses’ comprehensive ability, the pediatric ward nurses in Xinchang County People’s Hospital of Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province were divided into four levels: nurse-head, nurse-leader, responsible nurse-assistant nurse, and implemented the hierarchical responsibility management mode. Results: After implementing the level responsibility management, the quality of clinical nursing in pediatric wards and patients’ satisfaction with services increased compared with the previous years, and all the evaluation indexes were significantly improved (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of a hierarchical responsibility model in pediatric wards can rationally employ human resources to improve overall service quality and patient satisfaction.
