目的:探讨超促排卵(COH)周期中注射hCG当日的子宫内膜厚度对体外受精-胚胎移植治疗结局的影响。方法:回顾性分析502个IVF/ICSI周期,根据注射hCG当日子宫内膜厚度分为5组,A组:内膜厚度≤9mm,38个周期;B组:内膜厚度10-11mm,111个周期;C组:内膜厚度12-13mm,169个周期;D组:内膜厚度14-15mm,118个周期;E组,内膜厚度≥16mm,66个周期。结果:C组和D组的临床妊娠率(65.68%,67.80%)和种植率(42.59%,43.76%)显著高于A组(65.68%,33.23%)、B组(50.45%,34.31%)和E组(53.03%,31.89%)。结论:注射hCG当日子宫内膜的厚度影响了IVF-ET的治疗结局,厚度处于12-15mm时,更适宜着床。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of endometrial thickness on the day of hCG injection during the course of superovulation (COH) on the outcome of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer. Methods: 502 cycles of IVF / ICSI were retrospectively analyzed. The thickness of endometrium was divided into 5 groups on the day of hCG injection. Group A: intimal thickness≤9mm, 38 cycles; group B: thickness of intima of 10-11mm, Group C: endometrial thickness 12-13mm, 169 cycles; Group D: endometrial thickness 14-15mm, 118 cycles; Group E, endometrial thickness ≥ 16mm, 66 cycles. Results: The clinical pregnancy rate (65.68%, 67.80%) and implantation rate (42.59%, 43.76%) in group C and group D were significantly higher than those in group A (65.68%, 33.23%) and group B (50.45%, 34.31% And group E (53.03%, 31.89%). Conclusion: The thickness of endometrium on the day of hCG injection affected the therapeutic outcome of IVF-ET. When the thickness is between 12 and 15mm, it is more suitable for implantation.
