以采矿工程硕士研究生为例,系统分析了阻碍工科研究生创新能力培养的诸多因素,文献检索发现研究生试验创新能力尤为欠缺。工科研究生的培养方案应以提高创新能力为目标做适当调整,初步提出了分类培养、加强试验创新、完善研究生奖励制度等工科研究生创新能力培养的有效途径,通过制定研究生差异性培养方案,搭建切实有效的工科研究生创新平台,资助工科研究生的创新试验,积极引导研究生参与工程实践,以提高工科研究生的培养质量。
Taking mining engineering graduate students as an example, this paper systematically analyzes many factors that hinder the cultivation of engineering graduate students’ innovative abilities. The literature search finds that the innovative ability of postgraduate experiment is particularly lacking. The cultivation plan of engineering postgraduates should be adjusted appropriately with the aim of improving innovation ability. The effective ways of cultivating innovative abilities of engineering postgraduates such as classification training, experiment innovation and perfecting postgraduate incentive system are put forward tentatively. Through developing the training plan of postgraduates diversity, An effective platform for postgraduates in science and technology to support the innovative experiments of engineering postgraduates, actively guide graduate students to participate in engineering practice so as to improve the quality of engineering graduate students’ training.
