以阳极氧化法制作的多孔阳极氧化铝(PAA)膜为模板,采用旋涂法在PAA膜上浇注不同浓度的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)/二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)溶液制作出了表面具有纳米柱结构的PMMA膜。实验结果显示采用磷酸溶液制备的PAA膜的孔径在300 nm左右且排列规整,采用质量分数为10%和20%的PMMA/DMF溶液制作的PMMA膜表面的纳米柱的粘连现象较严重,而采用质量分数为15%的PMMA/DMF溶液能够得到表面纳米柱间隔均匀的膜。具有表面纳米柱矩阵结构的高聚物的制作方法能够为仿壁虎脚材料和大比表面积材料的制作提供帮助。
Porous anodic aluminum oxide (PAA) films fabricated by the anodization method were used as templates to fabricate PAA films on different concentrations of PMMA / DMF solutions by spin coating The surface of the PMMA membrane with nano-column structure. The experimental results show that the pore diameter of PAA membrane prepared with phosphoric acid solution is about 300 nm and the arrangement is regular. The adhesion of nano-columns on the surface of PMMA membrane prepared by using PMMA / DMF solution with mass fraction of 10% and 20% is more serious, A PMMA / DMF solution with a mass fraction of 15% results in a membrane with uniform surface nano-column spacing. The preparation method of the polymer with the surface nano-column matrix structure can help the preparation of the imitation gecko foot material and the large specific surface area material.
