一般设计时,在低速重载情况下宜采用滑动轴承,大型摩擦压力机因属低速重载,在工作中,主轴又要做水平移动,所以多采用滑动轴承支承。但是滑动轴承副结构复杂,加工费事。这是因为: 1.滑动轴承副采用动配合。轴与衬套之间的间隙很小,而大型摩擦压力机主轴又较长,上面安装着比较重的摩擦盘及大皮带轮,轴的挠度较大,主轴的变形使滑动副无法运转,为此在衬套外边必须考虑用球面支承以适应主轴的变形。如图1所示。
