目的观察蝎毒多肽提取物(PESV)抑制荷Lewis肺癌C57/B16小鼠肺癌生长及对荷瘤小鼠血流变学的影响。方法将0.2mL Lewis肺癌细胞悬液给C57/B16小鼠尾静脉注射,8d后将小鼠随机分组,治疗组用PESV腹腔注射,对照组用0. 9%生理盐水腹腔注射,隔日1次,共10次。第30d取全血做血流变学分析,并处死小鼠,取小鼠肺脏,进行分析。结果 PESV抑制荷Lewis肺癌小鼠肺转移作用明显(治疗组和对照组肺肿瘤数为3.2±1.2和13.5±5.3,P<0.01),血流变学分析显示,与对照组相比,PESV组血流变学指标均有不同程度的降低,尤其是全血低切表观粘度、全血高切表观粘度、 Casson粘度、Casson屈服应力,其指标明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 PESV对荷Lewis肺癌的C57/B16小鼠肺转移具有抑制作用,可能通过降低血液粘度实现对Lewis肺癌的抑制作用。
Objective To observe the effects of scorpion venom peptide extract (PESV) on the growth of lung cancer and the hemorheology of Lewis lung carcinoma C57 / B16 mice. Methods 0.2mL Lewis lung cancer cell suspension was injected into the tail vein of C57 / B16 mice. After 8 days, the mice were randomly divided into groups. The treatment group was injected intraperitoneally with PESV, and the control group was treated with 0. 9% saline intraperitoneal injection, every other day, a total of 10 times. On the 30th day, whole blood was taken for hemorheology analysis, mice were sacrificed, and lungs of mice were taken for analysis. Results PESV inhibited the lung metastasis in Lewis lung carcinoma mice (the numbers of lung tumors in the treated group and the control group were 3.2 ± 1.2 and 13.5 ± 5.3, P <0.01), and the hemorrheological analysis The results showed that compared with the control group, the indexes of hemorheology in PESV group decreased to some extent, especially the whole blood low-cut apparent viscosity, whole blood high-cut apparent viscosity, Casson viscosity, Casson yield stress, Lower than the control group (P <0.01). Conclusions PESV can inhibit pulmonary metastasis in Lewis lung carcinoma C57 / B16 mice and may inhibit Lewis lung carcinoma by decreasing blood viscosity.
