物料运输在整个生产链中的作用显著,现阶段,煤炭的运输主要是以火车和汽车运输为主。与其他运输方式相比,汽车运输灵活、方便的特性,使其成为企业首选。煤炭汽车装运普遍采用不定量装车和汽车衡计量的方式[1],采用“空车计皮、铲车、输送带或簸箕装车、重车计重去皮”的落后工艺[2],该工艺撤煤现象严重,煤炭对车厢冲击力大,装车量不足时,需要重新补煤,再次平煤操作,导致装车效率低,操作人员劳动强度大,工序繁琐,管理复杂且人力成本高[3]。
