本文根据传热学基础理论并在大量试验的基础上,阐述了提高管片式水-空气散热器元件传热性能的经济而有效的技术途径,采用改变助片(散热片)的断面几何形状和肋片结构的措施,使气流在管、片所组成的栅栏式通道中流过时,在不提高空气重量流速U及雷诺数Re的条件下,使气流不断地被切断和分离。以此来减薄和消除肋片两侧平面的气流附面层,强化空气换热系数α_a,降低肋片的热阻,从而显著提高传热系数K值。因而可以减小体积和重量,节省大量有色金属。
Based on the basic theory of heat transfer and on the basis of a large number of experiments, this paper presents an economical and effective technical approach to improve the heat transfer performance of tube-type water-air radiators.
