乙状结肠狭窄性病变可由许多疾病引起,为临床上部分病例鉴别诊断带来一定困难.我院收集了经病理证实的乙状结肠狭窄26例,结合文献,对有关问题进行分析讨论。 1 临床资料与病理 1.1 发病年龄与症状:26例中男9例,女17例;年龄范围15～86岁,50岁以上恶性肿瘤侵犯多见。26例中下腹部肿块11例,腹痛5例其中3例伴有梗阻症状,大便形状改变4例,大便带血6例,其中3例为腋血便及粘液。
Stenosed lesions of the sigmoid colon can be caused by many diseases, which may cause some difficulties in the differential diagnosis of some cases in our clinic. Twenty-six cases of sigmoid colon stenosis confirmed by pathology were collected in our hospital. Based on the literature, the related problems were analyzed and discussed. 1 Clinical data and pathology 1.1 Age and symptoms of onset: 26 cases of 9 males and 17 females; aged 15 to 86 years, more than 50 years of age malignant tumor more common. Among 26 cases, there were 11 cases of middle and lower abdomen mass, 5 cases of abdominal pain and 3 cases of obstruction, 4 cases of stool shape change and 6 cases of bloody stool. Among them 3 cases were axillary blood stool and mucus.
