本文介绍一个用逆推法得到的鼓形等压力橡胶辊磨削加工曲线的理论方法。由此方法计算得到的理论数据和由实验测得的实验数据基本吻合,可以满足鼓形等压力橡胶辊曲面磨削加工的需要。基于此方法完成了曲面磨削的计算机辅助程序设计,得到曲面磨削的数控代码。
In this paper, a theoretical method of grinding curve of a drum-shaped pressure rubber roller with a reverse thrust method is introduced. The theoretical data calculated by this method is in good agreement with the experimental data measured by the experiment, which can meet the needs of the grinding process of the drum surface with equal pressure rubber roller. Based on this method, computer aided program design of surface grinding is completed and numerical control code of surface grinding is obtained.
