本文在大量工艺试验基础上,重点讨论线切割机床工作液介质问题。认为原水的水质硬度及含离子成分是影响工艺指标提高的重要因素。参照国外线切割机床使用去离子高纯水的工艺方法,提出应用物理方法对线切割用水进行磁化处理的观点,借以达到统一水质,提高生产过程中综合工艺指标参数的目的.讨论了磁化水的基本特性,及应用于线切割生产过程中的问题.
In this paper, based on a large number of experiments, focusing on wire cutting machine working fluid medium problems. It is considered that the water hardness of the raw water and the ionic component are important factors that affect the improvement of the process index. With reference to the technological process of using deionized high pure water in foreign wire-cutting machine tool, the author put forward the viewpoint of using physical method to magnetize wire-cutting water in order to achieve uniform water quality and improve the comprehensive process index parameters in the production process.The basic characteristics of magnetized water , And applied to the production line cutting problems.
