目的探讨舌痛发生机制及治疗方法。方法对１８例舌微循环障碍患者进行了组织学、血液流变学和甲襞微循环研究，并采用中西医结合治疗。结果此类患者虽无明显血管炎症，但均存在明显的高粘血症及微循环障碍。结论首次提出舌微血管障碍可能是香痛的病因之一，采用当归注射液为主的中西医活血化瘀疗法，可获良好疗效。
Objective To investigate the mechanism and treatment of tongue pain. Methods Histological, hemorheological, and hyperthyroid microcirculation were performed in 18 patients with dystonia of the microcirculation and treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine. Results Although there was no obvious vascular inflammation in these patients, there were obvious hyperviscosity and microcirculatory disturbances. Conclusion It is the first time that tongue microvascular disorder may be one of the causes of fragrant pain. The use of Angelica Injection as the mainstay of traditional Chinese and western medicine for promoting blood circulation and resolving sputum therapy can achieve good curative effect.
