预应力锚杆长期在密闭的岩土环境中服役,其现场耐蚀性能变化特征的研究一直以来都是岩土工程领域的一个难题。锚杆服役环境的复杂性和特殊性,导致预应力锚杆耐久性研究大部分局限于室内模拟腐蚀实验,锚杆现场腐蚀数据稀少。以某煤矿服役的现场锚杆作为研究对象,对其单位失重和截面损失进行测试分析,得出如下结论:不同服役年限的锚杆,随着锚杆服役年限的增加腐蚀程度也逐年增加;同一根锚杆暴露在空气中的锚头部分相对于处在岩体封闭空间的其他部位腐蚀速度快,腐蚀程度呈现如下规律:锚头>自由段>锚固段。
Prestressed anchor long-term service in confined geotechnical environment, the field of corrosion resistance characteristics of the study has always been a problem in the field of geotechnical engineering. Due to the complexity and particularity of the service environment of the anchor rod, the research on the durability of the prestressed anchor rod is mostly confined to the indoor simulation corrosion test and the on-site corrosion data of the anchor rod is sparse. Taking the on-site anchor rod serving in a coal mine as the research object, the unit weight loss and the cross-section loss were tested and analyzed. The conclusions were drawn as follows: The anchor bolts with different service life years also increased year by year with the increase of service life of the anchor rod; The part of the anchor head exposed to the air in the anchor rod has a faster corrosion rate than the other parts in the enclosed space of the rock mass. The corrosion degree shows the following rules: anchor head> free section> anchor section.
