全国冶金矿山工作会议于1990年1月13～17日在北京召开,来自全国各冶金矿山的150余名代表参加了会议。会议由矿山司张树麟司长主持。 冶金部戚元靖部长在开幕式上讲了话,他向常年奋战在冶金矿山工作岗位及支持钢铁工业发展而付出艰辛劳动的同志们表示慰问和感谢。他在讲话中指出,要下定决心上矿山,千方百计挖潜力,要把矿山建设列入今后相当一个时期投资重点之一。 徐大铨副部长在会上作了“认真贯彻党的十三届五中全会精神,努力挖潜增产,为钢铁工业多作贡献”的报告。他在报告中强调,这次会议的主要任务是贯彻党的十三届五中全会精神和全国冶金工作会议精神。他指出,1990年是“七五”计划的最后 The National Work Conference on Metallurgical Mines was held in Beijing on January 13-17, 1990, and over 150 delegates from various metallurgy mines nationwide attended the conference. At the meeting, Vice Minister Xu Daquan made a report on “conscientiously implementing the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 13th CPC Central Committee, endeavoring to tap the potential and increase production and make more contributions to the steel industry.” He emphasized in the report that the main task of this meeting is to implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 13th CPC Central Committee and the national metallurgical work conference. He pointed out: 1990 is the last of the “Seventh Five-Year Plan.”
