目的探讨神经导航在脑胶质瘤显微手术中的应用。方法应用神经导航系统完成67例脑胶质瘤显微手术并对其平均注册误差,术中病灶的精确定位,正常结构的保护及手术疗效进行回顾分析。结果67例平均注册误差为(1.1±0.4)mm,术中病灶定位准确,全切除47例,次全切除10例,大部分切除8例,部分切除2例,无手术死亡,术后神经功能保留良好。结论神经导航技术可以准确定位和切除病灶,保护神经功能和降低手术并发症的发生。
Objective To investigate the application of neural navigation in glioma microsurgery. Methods Sixty-seven patients with glioma underwent microsurgical operation with neuronavigation system and retrospectively analyzed the average registration error, the precise location of intraoperative lesions, the protection of normal structure and the surgical efficacy. Results The average registration error of 67 cases was (1.1 ± 0.4) mm. All the lesions were correctly located. There were 47 cases underwent total resection, 10 cases underwent subtotal resection, 8 cases underwent partial resection and 2 cases underwent partial resection. There was no operative mortality and postoperative neurological function Keep well. Conclusion Nerve navigation technology can accurately locate and remove lesions, protect neurological function and reduce the incidence of surgical complications.
