云杉是我省主要用材树种之一。它自然生长的林木良莠差异很大。因此通过嫁接建立云杉无性系种子园,生产遗传性优良的种子是很必要的。1974年我们在东峡林场选出青海云杉优树18株,并建立了云杉无性系种子园。1978年已有雄花和球果,取得了初步成效。采用髓心形成层对接法嫁接。嫁接前要削去砧木和接穗相接触部分的针叶,并及时用酒精拭去刀上树脂,保持接穗和砧木切面的洁
