一、鼓励可以提高员工的自信心。在员工每天的工作、生活中,一个温暖的言行、一束期待的目光、一句激励的评语会激发员工的上进心,可能会改变一个员工对工作的态度、对人生的态度。在鼓励的作用下,员工可以认识到自己的潜力,不断发展各种能力。鼓励还可以唤起员工乐于工作的激情。管理者的鼓励就像一缕春风,滋润着员工的心田;又像一架桥梁,拉近了管理者与员工的距离。
First, to encourage employees to enhance self-confidence. In the daily work of staff, life, a warm words and deeds, a look of expectation, an inspiring comment will inspire the staff’s ambition, may change an employee’s attitude toward work, attitude towards life. Encouraged by the staff, employees can recognize their potential and continue to develop various capabilities. Encouragement can also arouse employees’ passion for work. Executive encouragement is like a spring breeze, nourishing the hearts and minds of employees; also like a bridge, closer to the distance between managers and employees.
