近年来,麦粒种之所以推广很快,是囚为麦粒营养丰富,麦粒种菌丝洁白、粗壮、生长快、耐保存、成活率高等优点。然而不同配制的麦粒培养基,所得到的菌种效果差异很大。为解决这个问题,笔者从1994年开始进行试验,现将试验结果报告如下; (一)培养基配方 ①对照组:麦粒90%,干牛粪8%,石膏粉、轻质碳酸钙各1%。②试验组:麦粒80%,麸皮8%,干牛粪10%,石膏粉、轻质碳酸钙各1%。 (二)菌种制作程序 ①对照组:将麦粒用1%的石灰水浸泡8~12小时,捞起后用清水冲洗干净,滤干放入100℃开水锅内蒸煮30分钟,焖1~2小时,而后加入石膏粉、轻质碳酸钙,拌匀后pH为7~8,装好瓶,用备好的牛粪粉封口,在压力1~1.5kg/cm~2、温度121℃条件下灭菌2~3小时,冷却至室温接种,置20
