受水电部水文局委托,由武汉水利电力学院主持,于1984年10月16日～20日在武汉召开了“人类活动对水文要素影响的研究学术交流会”。参加会议的有:南京水文研究所,成都科技大学,长办、黄委水文局,珠委水文总站,中科院地理所、林土所、沙漠所,丹江工程局培训中心,江苏、湖南、湖北、上海、陕西、江西、河北、安徽、吉林、山东、四川等省(市)水文总站,辽宁省叶柏寿径流实验站,湖北省石桥铺水土保持站和武汉水利电力学院等23个单位,共36人。会议收到交流材料26篇。
Entrusted by the Hydropower Bureau of the Ministry of Electricity and Water Power, the Wuhan Institute of Water Conservancy and Electric Power hosted the “Academic Exchange Meeting on the Impact of Human Activities on Hydrological Factors” in Wuhan on October 16-20, 1984. Participants at the conference included: Nanjing Institute of Hydrology, Chengdu University of Science and Technology, Long Office, Yellow Hydrographic Bureau, Zhuhai Hydrological Station, Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Geography, Forestry Administration, Desert Institute, Danjiang Engineering Bureau Training Center, Jiangsu, Hunan, Hubei 23 units such as Shanghai, Shaanxi, Jiangxi, Hebei, Anhui, Jilin, Shandong, Sichuan and other provinces (cities) hydrological stations, Yebai Shou Runoff Experiment Station in Liaoning Province, Hubei Province Shiqiapu Soil and Water Conservation Station and Wuhan Hydraulic and Electric Power Institute 36 people. The meeting received 26 communication materials.
