为了减少人工流产术综合征的发生,我们将非甾类镇痛药酮咯酸用于人工流产术。现将185例观察结果介绍如下。 资料与方法 一、对象与方法 1994年12月至1995年3月,对孕10周以内来门诊行人工流产术的孕妇,无阿斯匹林过敏史,肝肾功能正常者278例进行了临床观察。将185例做为试验组,其中未产妇102例,经产妇83例。93例为对照组,其中经产妇45例,未产妇48例。使用药物是进口酮咯酸(印度瑞迪博士大药厂生产,中国海口田丰医药发展有限公司经销)。批号是KT00693,药理作用与其它非甾体抗炎药相似,但其止痛作用大于抗炎作用,与麻醉性止痛药不同,不抑制呼吸中枢,不影响心脏功能。实验组185例均于术前1.5～2小时口服酮咯酸30mg(每片10mg)后行人工流产术,术后半小时自行离院。 二、药物镇痛评价标准
