人们的心目中往往印刻着一些难忘的日子。201 5年,应该属于“难忘的日子”。中国崛起并成为国际社会的主角,在这一年表现得极为明显。笔者大致计算了一下,从年初到11月底赴巴黎出席世界气候大会,习近平主席出访十几次,到访国家达几十个,几乎所有的首肺级国际会议,习近平主席都被东道主、主办方安排在最为尊贵的位置。这说明,以往的某些大国唯我独尊的地位已被彻底打破,中国作为倡导和谐合作、反对以大欺小的发展中国家,已经成为左右均势的不可或缺的力量。
